Usually our minimum order quantity is 300 pieces. But we can accept a smaller quantity for your trial order.
2. Can I get samples?
Of course. We usually provide excited samples for free. But there will be some fees for custom designed samples. Sample fees are refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity.
3. How long is the lead time for samples?
For existing samples, 1-3 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, depending on whether your design needs a new printing plate, etc.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30-45 days for the minimum order quantity.
5. What format of file is required if I want my own design?
We have our own professional design team. Therefore, you can provide files such as JPG, AI, cdr or PDF.
